6/26/11 - I Can't Hear You

Our house can be loud.  It doesn't help that certain people enjoy listening to their music at extreme volumes.  It also doesn't help that everyone in the family is not a fan of the same type of music.  This is how we solve moments like that.

6/16/11 - Exhaustion

I love this picture! This is clearly the point when the sugar high of the last day of school party has worn off and collided with the beautiful 80 degree day and subsequent 2 hours on the playground. There is no fake sleeping in this picture.

6/14/11 - His Sleeping Cap

In the interest of full disclosure, this is C faking sleep.  But he trully did sleep in his birthday crown this night.  By the time I came back up with my camera, he was awake, so I made him close his eyes and pretend!  The best part...it isn't even the triplet's real birthday!  But since they have summer birthdays, the school lets them choose a day to be celebrated.

5/15/11 - Safety First

5/10/11 - It's Raining

Nothing is more fun than playing with the hose!  I think A's in the background wondering where the water is coming from.

5/6/11 - Temper, Temper

I love this picture because he was throwing a temper tantrum and I sent him to his room.  10 minutes later, he was finally quiet so I went in to talk to him.  This is how I found him!

4/7/11 - No Shoes

 
These are the shoes that were on the feet of a certain someone when he got in the car to go to preschool.  These are also the shoes that were found in the car when Mommy got home from dropping a certain someone off at preschool.

 

These are the feet of that certain someone that decided he didn't want to wear his sneakers to preschool. These are also the feet that got out of the car and walked through the puddles straight into preschool without any adults noticing they were shoeless.

 

3/31/11 - Always a Project

3/23/11 - Exhaustion

After 2 straight days of water rides and not nearly enough sleep, the kids are ready for a sleepy car ride home from Great Wolf Lodge.

3/19/11 - The Last Day of Winter

It's chilly...very chilly...but the kids are still thinking about yesterday's 74 degrees.  So we're jumping on the trampoline in our undershirts...again.  Because it was so much fun yesterday!

3/18/11 - The End of Winter

We are SO excited to be done with winter!  And what a way for it to end: 74 degrees and sunny!  Lunch outside today!

3/14/11 - Rub-a-dub-dub

E and C were having such a blast tonight in the tub.  They were throwing water on each other and couldn't get enough of it.  Meanwhile, Little Miss A is obliviously playing with her own tub toys. Precious!

3/5/11 - I Do Not Dress Him

Really, I do try to dress him appropriately.  But some fights are just not worth fighting. Natural consequences, right?

3/2/11 - The Only Way to Play Doh

I hate playdoh.  HATE.  No really...H. A. T. E.

So, with the sun and slight warmer temps...this is how I handled the incessant begging to play with playdoh today.

2/24/11 - In His Eyes

Yes, it's a black eye.  He smacked it on his headboard at the crack of dawn and woke himself up.  Poor kid.  But I took this picture of his eyes...the look in them.  Can't you see the trouble?  He's already thinking about what he can destroy next.
